Rehva uses account details, marketplace activity, delivery information and transaction records to provide account access, listings, fulfilment, payment reconciliation, support and abuse prevention.

Seller profiles, listings and posted reviews are public. Delivery information is shared with the seller and authorized operators for the order. Private payment, dispute and operator evidence is not included in public profiles.

Clerk handles authentication, Razorpay handles payment processing, UploadThing stores uploaded images, and Shiprocket and its couriers process pickup and delivery details. Hosting and database providers process data needed to operate the service. Payment card credentials and payment PINs should only be entered in the payment provider’s interface.

The site uses authentication cookies and browser storage. Saved checkout information helps recover interrupted payment attempts. Do not use a shared signed-in account; sign out when finished.

Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. Transaction and dispute records may need to be retained to resolve obligations; support will explain any applicable retention when handling a request.
