Shipping and delivery

Delivery is quoted separately from each designer pickup origin before checkout. One combined Razorpay payment can cover multiple designer orders, each with its own invoice, courier tracking and return status.

Review your delivery address before checkout. Contact support promptly if it needs correction after placing an order; changes must be reviewed before shipment.

Designers mark packages ready and receive shipping labels and pickup scheduling through Rehva. Verified carrier delivery events start the seven-day return-request window. Historical orders retain their earlier delivery-confirmation workflow.

For delays, incorrect items, damage or a missing package, contact support with the order ID and available evidence. Delivery estimates and resolutions depend on the seller, courier and reviewed circumstances.
