Rehva connects buyers with independent sellers. Sellers are responsible for accurate item descriptions, ownership, condition and the right to sell their items. Prohibited, counterfeit or unlawful listings may be removed from sale and accounts may be restricted.

Prices and checkout amounts are shown in Indian rupees. Review the item, quantity, delivery address and total before paying. Sellers cannot purchase their own listings. Availability is confirmed after payment verification; an unavailable paid order is held for operator review and refund resolution.

Use your own account and keep its sign-in information secure. Do not submit misleading reviews, impersonate another person or attempt to bypass marketplace safeguards.

Designers pack their seller orders. Rehva arranges prepaid shipping through Shiprocket; verified carrier events update delivery. Cancellation, return and payment status is available from My orders. Contact support for payment uncertainty, disputes or complaints.

Seller earnings remain held during fulfilment, the return window and active commercial cases. Payouts require operator verification and are recorded after an external transfer; an eligibility display is not a promise that funds have already been transferred.
